SHIPPING POLICY Generally, most in-stock orders are shipped out within three
business days of your order from our warehouse in North Carolina. If you need an item shipped sooner than that,
please call us at 1-866-417-2355 (toll-free) or 919-336-3154 (direct), or e-mail us at customerservice@brassbell.com and
in most cases, we can ship the same day or by the next day. Depending on
distance from our warehouse in North Carolina, shipments will generally arrive
within 4-8 business days. Please note if you need your purchase by a
particular day, and we will do our best to get it there in time!
Most items are shipped UPS ground, but we do occasionally ship
U.S. Postal Service. All items
are packed well and guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, or we will
send a replacement as soon as possible.
The shipping chart above is for standard UPS ground service in
the lower 48 states (for rates to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries,
please call or e-mail). Insurance is included in all rates.

Express shipping is available on most in-stock items. At this time, we do not offer express shipping on our personalized items.
RETURN POLICY
Order with confidence, as we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just call 1-866-417-2355 (toll-free) or e-mail customerservice@brassbell.com, and we'll give you instructions on how to return your item for a full refund (minus shipping). Unfortunately, on personalized items such as engraved bells, we cannot offer a refund if the mistake was made by the customer, so please double check when ordering! We will replace, at no charge, items that are personalized incorrectly by us.
APO BOXES
We gladly ship via the U.S. Postal Service to our military customers with APO boxes and at the same prices we quote for U.S. shipping.
SALES TAX
Residents of Louisiana (4%) and North Carolina (7.5%) must add appropriate sales tax.
