Shipping Policy
|
Because we have three stores in tourist areas and we ship almost half
of everything we sell, and because many of our items are large, fragile
and require special attention to arrive safely, we ask that you allow
two weeks from your order for most items to arrive. If you need something
sooner than that, please specify that when ordering and we will do our
best to satisfy your request.

Most items are shipped fully insured via United Parcel Service ground.
In all of Minnesota and Wisconsin and parts of Iowa, North Dakota, South
Dakota and Nebraska we use Speedy Delivery service. Items too large
to ship UPS are either shipped Federal Express expedited or by common
carrier (truck). Please call or e-mail for shipping charges to Alaska,
Hawaii, or other countries.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately
at 1-888-851-9088. Save the box and all packing materials until
after UPS has inspected the package. We will send a replacement immediately
or issue a refund if an item is a "one of a kind".

Packages must be opened and inspected within three days of delivery
as UPS will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time. Sorry,
but we cannot be responsible for damages discovered weeks or months
later.

Residents of Minnesota (6.5%) and Louisiana (4%) must add appropriate
sales tax.

Return Policy
|
We offer a 30-Day Money Back return policy on most items. All
returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured as a refund cannot
be processed on items damaged in shipment to us.
|
If you paid with a credit card, we will issue a credit
to the same card that you used. Refunds on checks are paid by check
two weeks after the initial check has cleared.
