Shipping Policy
Most web orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order receipt via UPS ground service from our warehouse in Minnesota. Because much of our product is large and fragile (sometimes we wish we sold clothes!), some items may take slightly longer to pack and ship. If you need something sooner, or would be interested in having an item shipped next day or second day air, please call us at 1-888-851-9088 (toll-free) and in most cases we can accommodate your request.
We are proud of our shipping record and our prices. In most instances our shipping costs are at or below our actual costs. Because many of our larger items have to be packaged differently depending on their destination, we apologize for not being able to have our air rates on-line. But rest assured that the amount we charge for this shipping service is what it actually costs--we don't make our valued customers pay for our "handling." If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately
at 1-888-851-9088. Save the box and all packing materials until
after UPS has inspected the package. We will send a replacement immediately
or issue a refund if an item is a "one of a kind."
Packages must be opened and inspected within three days of delivery as UPS will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damages discovered weeks or months later.

We gladly ship via the U.S. postal service to our military customers with APO boxes, and at the same prices we quote for U.S. shipping.
Residents of Minnesota (6.875%) and Louisiana (4%) must add appropriate sales tax.
Return Policy
Order with confidence, as we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just call 1-888-851-9088 (toll-free), and we'll give you instructions on how to return your item for a full refund (minus shipping). Unfortunately, on personalized items such as engraved bells and personalized signs, we cannot offer a refund if the mistake was made by the customer, so please double check when ordering! We will replace, at no charge, items that are personalized incorrectly by us.
