I did receive the bell I had ordered back in April, and it looks great. I did polish off the coating that was on it to give it a brilliant shine. I also wanted to share with you pictures of what I had done with the bell, and how it will be used this Veteran's Day. Hung from the back of my truck (along with many other bells in trucks), we will ring out liberty from 4-6 a.m. in an ongoing tradition in our town for more than 40 years. It originally started on November 11, 1918, when World War I had ended and all the bells around the world rang out in peace that the war of all wars was over.

We are moving next week & wanted to give our son's Kindergarten teacher a bell to replace one that had been broken & were worried that it wouldn't arrive in time. I wanted to send along this message of gratitude on the assistance provided by Theresa. I recently (this week) placed an order with an engraving. I placed my order on Tuesday and needed it by Friday. Theresa was very helpful, provided excellent service, and explained in detail all possible aspects of the order. The order was to be engraved on Thursday and overnighted for delivery on Friday. The engraver was able to complete the engraving on Tuesday. The order was then sent via 2-day mail. I received the order Thursday. Theresa's main intent was to save me some shipping charges.
