Generally, most in-stock orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of your order from our warehouse in North Carolina. Personalization of items like our bells and nameplates add up to three business days to an order. If you need an item shipped sooner than that, please call us at 1-866-417-2355 (toll-free), 919-336-3154 (direct), or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and in most cases we can ship the same day or by the next day. Depending on distance from our warehouse, shipments will generally arrive within 4-8 business days. Please note if you need your purchase by a particular day, and we will do our best to get it there in time!
Most items are shipped UPS ground, but we do occasionally ship U.S. Postal Service. All items are packed well and guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition or we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Express shipping is available on most in-stock items. At this time we do not offer express shipping on our personalized items. We charge what our actual cost is with no handling fees added.

We gladly ship via the U.S. Postal Service to our military customers with APO boxes and at the same prices we quote for U.S. shipping.
Residents of Louisiana (4%) and North Carolina (7.5%) must add appropriate sales tax.

Unfortunately, on personalized items such as engraved bells, we cannot offer a refund if the mistake was made by the customer, so please double check when ordering! We will replace, at no charge, items that are personalized incorrectly by us.
