When we first started importing large quantities of antique replicas over ten years ago, we based our buying decisions purely on price. What a mistake! After suffering through such indignities as telescopes that didn't work, wood boxes that warped because of insufficient curing and brass bells with poor tone quality, our search for better product was on.
